trial 4; baby, it's cold inside
WHO KILLED CHRISTMAS?
Starshine and Brasco assemble everyone in the room. The room is extra foreboding and cold after the events of last week, and the raw egg evidence as well as Rider's body have been preserved in the room, so tread carefully.
Starshine slams down the paper for this week with all the suspects and laughs, turning to Brasco and gesturing wildly, pointing at him. "J'accuse, Brasco! This whole time, we've been pointing figures at each other but there was one man we never pointed at. And it's you! And actually, all the rest of the people on this list, too." She looks back at the list and taps it gently, "Oh, yeah, one other thing, I need you to write two names on your paper. Assuming you actually vote, unlike you abstainers," she says it the way someone in the 1950s might say communists. "I deduced that two people definitely killed the two dead people, so have fun with that." She claps her hands, "get to it, my minions!"

but you know.]
Okay, so the fact that you never named yourself or the other two as a suspect this whole time is totally friggin' arbitrary. Aight. I see how it is.

Anyway. Detective Guzma here with the evidence. In the foyer, I found a little cookie trail leading to a message saying "One down, two more to go" in blood like some kinda messed up scavenger hunt. There was also a bloody meat cleaver by the doorway. I checked it out in the kitchen and it seemed to match up with Sugimoto's, uh. You know. The decapitation.
There was a bloody handprint on the fridge, and like... the cabinet seemed to be wired up to electrocute somebody? There was a wire goin' out of the cabinet, going to the light switch and the doorknob. I thought that might've been what killed Sugimoto, maybe... but when Chuuya and I lifted the fridge off Sugimoto's body, there was a knife going through his chest all the way out his back.

[Jack has been very much keeping to himself this week, whatever attempts he'd been making to organize and prevent more death entirely abandoned. He looks tired and drawn and angry. His main response to seeing his name on the suspect list is to snort to himself.]
I can't believe you're still frigging making us go through this bullshit....

Threats usually work better if there's actually something behind them, you know.
So about that evidence. Also, attendence check.
Ladies and gentlemen, in my hands is the murder weapon used to kill Miss Rider. Judging from the amount of blood, I suspect she has been stabbed in the heart. I must also point out the position she was found sitting in, how limp and lifeless her arms were in comparison to the rest of the pose she was left in.
[He fidgets with the poker, trying to keep the blood off his hands while simultaneously trying to keep some manner of calm.]
Anyhow, I would like to ask something of the suspects... How many of you attended the slumber party last night? That might narrow down our list.

I said it before and I'll say it again, you die at this point, it's your own fault.

[ Henry doesn't attend many parties, to be fair. ]

[ Have you ever seen him at anything social, the answer is no. ]
have some more evidence
[he sets the book on the table, there, displaying the smeared, bloody handprint on its cover. unfortunately it's too smeared to get a good match off anyone's hand, but he's brought it anyway.]
I took a look at the head, too, and they did a pretty clean job of it, far as the decapitation goes, so whoever was using that cleaver knew what they were doing. They didn't just hack it off.

[He scowls fiercely at Starshine, because rude??]
Look . . . this is kinda neat, all right? Obviously I didn't do it, so that gives you like . . . a fifty/fifty shot at solving this, you know? I think that's right . . . yeah! Fifty/fifty.

Someone wants you in the shed. It might have even been what killed Thug.
I thought it might pertain to Sugimoto or Rider's killer, but I'm wondering if it's someone else entirely?
Not to mention the meat cleaver is the same thing that was used to kill Ries...
no subject
[ for reference this is shintaro's evidence ]
So first of all, the pantry was a mess so Thuggalo is rolling over in his grave. All the shelves are broken. There were some weird-ass gold slivers on the ground that were pretty small and there's a dented Folger's coffee can. That's your pantry evidence. Woo!
So, I'm not a detective or anything but as a model citizen and queen of detecting, I'm going to tell you try and put all the evidence together. Two murders, two sets of evidence. Put your handy dandy notebooks to use and split up the stuff. Reconstruct that shit for each other.
Or, don't, but if you take long enough, I'm just going to pick people and put them in the shed.

CATHERD TIME.
Alright, can we stop rioting for a moment and actually think this through?!
If I'm not mistaken, there were two murders committed by two murderers. Perhaps if we can sort out which room is involved with which murder, we might get closer to an answer and an escape instead of getting us all killed!
no subject
So. Somebody got in a fight in the pantry I guess. Seems like there was a struggle. Maybe we should just strip or something and see if anyone has bruises.
